Then an agent takes over whole processes and speaks up only when it is unsure. In the end your business runs itself day to day, and your people work on what actually creates value. Most stop at the chatbot. How far you go is up to you.
Gut feeling is a method too. It just cannot be rechecked. We calculate: trajectories in three dimensions. Bar speed at every load and the maximum that follows from it. Percentiles within an age group. Forecasts out of ten years of numbers. Every figure with a derivation you can read. Not a spreadsheet with a few formulas. Mathematics, tested against your data. You can still argue about the method. Not about the number any more.
Every business has that one spot where things jam, because no off-the-shelf software ever planned for it. The process across three programs and a slip of paper. The app that ought to exist, but nobody builds it because the market is too small. For us it is big enough. That is exactly where we start. What comes out is built around your work as it really runs, on the phone as much as on the screen. Not a standard product you squeeze your business into.
We grew up in sport and we are still at the track. What we build, we need ourselves: results between two attempts, the plan at the edge of the hall, the entry from a phone before the bus leaves. Big buttons, short paths, works without a signal too. Building for sport is not a job like any other. It is what we like doing most.
